All registered users will receive certain types of messages sent in order for us to deliver the TheClassicCarShow.com Service optimally. These are outlined in the privacy policy; and All registered users will also receive (by email) a notification notice when a fellow enthusiast has added new information relevant to their particular make/model/year. Users may opt out of this service by notifying 'admin '.
We strive to keep costs as low as possible to maximise the benefits to our Members. For our Standard Members no fees are charged. For our Full Members (VIP, Trade and Dealer) we have maintained free membership but cover the extra work involved on setting up these accounts by charging a set-up/administration fee (The Entry Fee) at the commencement of each membership period.
Full Membership: If you decide to become a Full Member, and therefore pay the applicable Entry Fee, you are agreeing to take the membership benefits we make available to you as soon as possible after your entry application has been accepted. We try to ensure value by making the headlines of all stored information available for you to evaluate. In order to protect your privacy we do not intentionally log any of your interactions and therefore cannot gauge whether you have made use of the service (i.e. 'entered') or not. This means that you do not have the right to cancel your entry fee during the cooling-off period which is normally provided for certain purchases under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The appropriate Entry Fee will be communicated to you when you sign up for Membership.
Membership is on an annual basis. If you choose one of the forms of Full Membership (VIP, Trade, Dealer) a repeat entry fee is required to cover our re-establishment costs and, therefore, keeps the greater range of benefits available to you. If you wish to continue benefiting from that particular membership you just pay the applicable Entry Fee.
We will notify holders of Full Membership (VIP, Trade, Dealer) 14 days prior to renewal, and (if the Entry Fee is to increase) 28 days prior to renewal. Each notification will include details of the renewal date and the Entry Fee that will apply.
Please note that your Full Membership may lapse due to our inability to take payment of the appropriate Entry Fee using your selected payment method (for example if your credit card is no longer valid). In that event, you will need to arrange to make payment in order to renew your Full Membership or your account will revert to Standard Membership. Please note that we reserve the right to change the amount of the Entry Fee for Full Members, however Members can be assured that these changes will not take effect until their next renewal date, except with the agreement of the Full Member.
You undertake to register for TheClassicCarShow.com Service using accurate and current information about yourself, including your correct name, address and any other requested details. You also undertake to only recommend a car club on the TheClassicCarShow.com website if you are a member of that club.
If we request, and you provide, details of a credit, debit or charge card, you must ensure that (a) you are fully authorised to use that card, and (b) it has sufficient available funds to cover the charges which are deducted from it. As part of the registration process for the TheClassicCarShow.com Service, you will receive a verification email, the purpose of which is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you. This email contains simple instructions which you must follow.
We reserve the right to (a) suspend or terminate any Member's access to TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or parts of it, and/or (b) remove, or require the Member to remove, material posted on TheClassicCarShow.com website, if the relevant Member or material appears to us, or to a complainant, to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, TheClassicCarShow.com services without our prior consent. You are responsible for everything that is carried out or through the TheClassicCarShow.com Service while your Membership account is logged on to the TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or through your email address(es). In addition, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or parts of it, if the relevant Member is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harasses or communicates offensive messages or images to another Member, whether or not through the TheClassicCarShow.com Service. For completeness, where we reserve a right in this Agreement, it does not mean we will be obliged to exercise it. Given the open-access nature of TheClassicCarShow.com Service, we cannot prevent determined people whose Membership has been suspended or terminated from re-accessing or re-registering as Members, in breach of their obligations under this Agreement.
TheClassicCarShow.com Service is intended to be used by its Members for the purposes referred to in clause 3 above. Accordingly, Members must not:
- include an email address, postal address, phone number, the address of any website, or any other information which is intended to facilitate direct communication, in material which is posted on TheClassicCarShow.com Service. Full Members, and the recipients of their emails, can share this information, should they wish, once direct contact has been made;
- place material on, or otherwise use, TheClassicCarShow.com Service for any business or commercial purpose; or
- use your access to TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or information gathered from it, for the transmitting of unsolicited bulk email (sometimes known as spam).

Fees paid will appear on your card statement as 'TheClassicCarShow.com' 'WorldPay '. A confirmation email will be sent by us to the registered email address we hold on file within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that (i) we are entitled to alter the amount or the basis of the calculation of our fees from time to time, provided that such amount or basis is clearly stated at the time when you agree to take the relevant TheClassicCarShow.com Service or prior to any fees being taken, and (ii) fees paid by a Full Member will not be rebated or refunded by TheClassicCarShow.com, except as follows:
If, under clause 8 above, we entirely withdraw a Core Service (specified in clause 3), or the entirety of the TheClassicCarShow.com Service itself, then you may be entitled to a rebate of any membership fee that has been charged for the remainder of the twelve month period to which that fee relates (noting under the current agreement all memberships are free of charge and will remain so for the foreseeable future). As the Entry Fee covers set-up, administration or re-establishment costs, no part of the Entry Fee (as described in clause 4) will be rebated to a Full Member under any circumstances if the Full Member has accessed the data storage to which the Entry Fee relates, irrespective of whether the data has been used or not. If for any reason we are unable to complete your entry process we will inform you immediately and, depending on the reason, either provide you with a fulfilment time or cancel your entry fee. No rebate of any part of the Fees will be payable under any circumstances, other than as provided in this clause 9(ii).
We fully intend to expand our services and will continue to offer new or ancillary services. It is possible that some of these may require the payment of fees - either to us or to a nominated third party. Should this be the case you will be fully informed and notice of the terms that apply will be provided to you. If you have any questions regarding our fees please feel free to contact us - our contact details are listed in clause 29 below.
You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted through a machine on which you access the TheClassicCarShow.com service, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any TheClassicCarShow.com service, will be capable of (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortuous or otherwise, or (c) appearing to be offensive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, false, libellous, defamatory, unreliable or misleading. Read the 'Forum ' & 'Exhibition ' policies.
We do not, as a matter of course, check all the data that is loaded by Members/Exhibitors to our site. If you see anything on the TheClassicCarShow.com Service which appears to infringe this Agreement, then please notify us of the details via the "Report Problem" function, or by emailing us here. We do not generally monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on TheClassicCarShow.com Service; we are reliant upon users to point out anything that may infringe this Agreement.
Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled to withdraw any material on TheClassicCarShow.com Service which appears, whether based on information received from Members or others, or by our own determination, to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement, or to bring TheClassicCarShow.com Service into disrepute. However, each user acknowledges that we do not generally monitor material which appears on TheClassicCarShow.com Service, and that we are reliant upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see on the site which appears likely to breach this Agreement, using the notification techniques which are made available on the TheClassicCarShow.com Service. You can access this general agreement at any time via it www.TheClassicCarShow.com. Please make a durable copy of this Agreement by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy onto your computer.
You, whether you are a Member or non-Member, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of Members, whether on TheClassicCarShow.com service or outside of it. We provide purely a venue at which the TheClassicCarShow.com service may be accessed. In particular, you should be aware that TheClassicCarShow.com does not generally pre-screen or monitor the material contributed by Members.
TheClassicCarShow.com or its affiliates may, from time to time, offer new and/or additional services through TheClassicCarShow.com Service. Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. Any failure by you to comply with a material provision of the terms or rules governing such additional services will amount to a breach of this Agreement and enable us to terminate this Agreement with you.
TheClassicCarShow.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or the entirety of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so. There may also be times when TheClassicCarShow.com Service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by TheClassicCarShow.com or on the Internet. We will, however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control. Please note that there will be no refund of Entry Fees (nor will we have any other liability to you) for withdrawal, modification or unavailability of TheClassicCarShow.com Service, except as provided in clause 9(ii) above. For security, or other reasons, we may require you to change your password or other information which facilitates access to TheClassicCarShow.com Service.

Standard membership restricts users to one image per car display/stand. The car can be entered as an 'on the road' display or 'currently off the road' display (on the road or off the road defines the state rather than the condition – we do not want to discourage non-concourse cars!).
Any exhibitor wishing to withhold any registration identification is responsible for removing the detail from any submitted photographs and data. It is the user 's responsibility to remove registration evidence from images (by removing or taping over the plates, or blurring image). Whilst recognising that displayed numbers may be a concern to some members, registration numbers are quite clearly a key component of car recognition, and members wishing to ensure the maximum information provision about their particular vehicle(s) are advised to include as many details as possible.

4. Consumer Protection.
5. Accuracy of Registration Information.
You undertake to register for TheClassicCarShow.com Service using accurate and current information about yourself, including your correct name, address and any other requested details. You also undertake to only recommend a car club on the TheClassicCarShow.com website if you are a member of that club.
6. Provision of Financial Information.
7. Misuse of TheClassicCarShow.com Website or Services.
8. Relevance.
TheClassicCarShow.com Service is intended to be used by its Members for the purposes referred to in clause 3 above. Accordingly, Members must not:
- include an email address, postal address, phone number, the address of any website, or any other information which is intended to facilitate direct communication, in material which is posted on TheClassicCarShow.com Service. Full Members, and the recipients of their emails, can share this information, should they wish, once direct contact has been made;
- place material on, or otherwise use, TheClassicCarShow.com Service for any business or commercial purpose; or
- use your access to TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or information gathered from it, for the transmitting of unsolicited bulk email (sometimes known as spam).

Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. TheClassicCarShow.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of TheClassicCarShow.com Service, or the entirety of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so.
