Q: How do I pay for my Membership?

A:
Membership is free but to become a ‘Full Member’ you incur a small set up administration fee. See Membership for full details. You pay for this through Worldpay.

Q: Is this the only method of payment you accept?

A:
Credit/Debit Cards is the fastest and most secure way to pay for Membership, but The Classic Car Show will accept cheques sent to our offices Get Address. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Q: How long does Membership last for?

A:
Membership is free and runs for 12 months from the date of joining that particular type. However, where entry fees are applicable (VIP, Trade, or dealers) these are paid at the beginning of each Membership Period. Entry Fees cover set-up costs, template costs, storage allocation and administration charges at the point of change and as such are not time related.

Q: What membership should I have?

A:
Membership types and benefits can be found here. There are memberships available for enthusiasts and businesses in the Classic Car trade.

Q: Can I post on the Forums?

A:
Anyone is able to read the information posted on the forum. ‘Full Members’ (VIP, Dealer, and Trade) can post their views.

Q: Trouble with my account, HELP?

A:
Don't worry, click the Report Problem link in the Footer and fill out the form and we will sort it as soon as possible. Please give us time to resolve your problem.

Q: I have found a Problem on the website, can I alert The Classic Car Show.?

A:
Yes, if you find a general problem, click the Report Problem link and fill out the form detailing the problem.

Q: I have found abusive material from an exhibition/Forum.

A:
If you have found abusive material or behavior, please report it to us immediately and it will be removed. Under the policies section users will be banned for misuse of services or submission of obscene material on this site.

Q: I am having trouble setting up my exhibit.

A:
Please check the help section, forums and FAQs for more details on exhibition submission. If you are still unsure then please email us and we will assist you as soon as possible (you will receive the initial response within one working day).

Q: I would like to Advertise on the website what do I have to do now?

A:
