Description
| By 1928 Andre Citroen had established a successful Car manufacturing enterprise selling quality cars built on US inspired mass production methods. The downsides of the method were that it was too expensive to set up for short runs and difficult to provide bespoke builds to meet customer requirements. Citroen decided to combat this by using innovative design and technology that would far exceed his customer’s expectation. Appearing at the 1928 Paris show the C4 and its larger stable mate the C6 were the first two models to be introduced using this philosophy. |
